Who We Are

It takes numerous levels of participation to maintain the magnitude of research and educational programs provided by the ITS Center. We have many diverse teams on which our faculty, other educators and researchers work to produce results.

Interdisciplinary Project Teams: How do we work together?

The ITS Center's innovative approach combines research scientists, mathematics and science educators, master teachers and students, who work together in various team roles.

Faculty Involved: Who can I work with?

Imagine the thrill not only of learning about cutting-edge research, but also of working side-by-side with actual faculty who are conducting it.

The Management Team

Led by scientists and educators, our management team is comprised of distinguished faculty and researchers at Texas A&M University. The team includes colleagues from the life, physical and earth sciences, and education, as well as a prominent national advisory committee.

National Advisory Council

Our renowned national advisory council is an important element of the ITS Center team in helping to ensure quality research and results. Members represent some of the country’s more innovative and prestigious institutions of higher learning.

Partners

The ITS Center is a result of a partnership between the National Science Foundation, Texas A&M University and several other universities and organizations whose mission is to promote science education.
