Wikis @ TAMU

Wikis @ TAMU is a centralized, multi-user system powered by Atlassian Confluence. Wikis introduce a collaborative and social method for developing up-to-date information and maintaining online file repositories. Authorized users can contextually add various types of content or edit existing shared documents.

Administrator Contact Information

Each wiki space requires an administrator who will be responsible for both the wiki and its content. By requesting a space, you agree to assume this administrative role.















Authorizing Adviser (Required for Student Requests Only)

If you are a non-teaching student, provide the following information about who will authorize (sponsor) your wiki space request. For example, this person may be a faculty member, academic supervisor/adviser, or administrative/instructional staff.












About Your Wiki Space

Provide a unique name for your wiki and details about how you intend to use the space. We will use this information to catalog university wiki spaces and the reasons for creating and developing them.





A space key is a single-word, shortened version of your wiki name, which is used to provide a quick, direct link to the space. The space key must be unique and not already taken. Example: "aggies."

Provide basic information about how you intend to use the wiki space and what you expect to achieve. Also add any special notes you would like include with your wiki space request.
